RESOLVED:	That the District Executive noted the reporton the Westlands Entertainment & Conference Centre Refurbishment Project including the closure of the refurbishment project
Reason:	To note the work of the Arts & Entertainment Service with regard to Westlands Centre Refurbishment Project and the next steps for the development of the service.
