Update on Connecting Devon and Somerset Broadband provision in South Somerset

RESOLVED:	That District Executive:-
	i.	Noted the content of this report
	ii.	Agreed not to contribute financially to Connecting Devon and Somerset at this time.
Reason:	The absence of clarity in respect of some of the information, the impact of the General Election on the decision timeframes required by Connecting Devon and Somerset and the impact of the imminent roll out of the Universal Service Obligation.
