Description
The Somerset Waterways Advisory Committee advises Somerset County Council and its Executive Board as appropriate on:
· the restoration and recreational use of canals in Somerset
· the restoration enhancement and future use of the historic canal corridors and waterways in Somerset
· makes representations on important planning proposals affecting the historic canal and waterway systems in Somerset
