That advertising consent (20/02566/ADV) be REFUSED, contrary to the officer recommendation.
Reason
The proposed advertisements would be harmful to the visual amenities of the immediate area and the wider Conservation Area, contrary to Policy EQ3 of the adopted Local Plan and Paragraph 132 of the National Planning Policy Framework 2019.
