The Director (Strategy & Support Services), following a consultative meeting by the Area East Committee on 9^th June 2021, made the following decision;

To approve in line with the revised Development Control Scheme of Delegation, Councillor Hayward Burt (first substitute) and Councillor Sarah Dyke (second substitute) to act as substitutes for the Chairman and Vice Chairman.

Reason: In line with the revised Development Control Scheme of Delegation.
