The Licence Holder was present at the meeting.
The Specialist (Licensing) explained the background and the reasons for bringing the case before the Licensing Sub-Committee.
Members were given the opportunity to ask questions of the Specialist (Licensing) concerning the case.
The Licence Holder was also given the opportunity to make representations to the Licensing Sub-Committee.
All parties withdrew with the exception of the Specialist (Legal) and Case Officer, leaving the Licensing Sub-Committee to consider its decision.
Upon reconvening, the Chairman announced the decision of the Licensing Sub-Committee.
RESOLVED: |
That the Licensing Sub-Committee recommend that the Chief Executive agree to issue a formal written warning. |
REASON: |
The Sub-Committee agreed that the Licence Holder was considered to be a fit and proper person to hold a licence. |
