Decision Taken

The Chief Executive, following a consultative meeting of the District Executive on 2 September 2021, made the following decision;

Approve:

a) the updated Executive Forward Plan for publication as attached at Appendix A, with the following amendments;

· Public Space Protection Order for Yeovil – Oct 2021

Note:

b) the contents of the Consultation Database as shown at Appendix B.

The Forward Plan is a statutory document.
