Planning - Discretionary fees for Pre-application advice and associated services

RESOLVED:	That Full Council agreed the recommended changes to the Schedule of Pre-application and discretionary planning fees.
Reason:	To agree the proposed changes to the established Pre-application charging regime operated by South Somerset District Council.
