Reason for urgency:
SSDC must decide whether to commit to the Connecting Devon and Somerset (CDS) Superfast (broadband) Extension Programme (SEP) by 30th June 2015. The next meeting of the District Executive is scheduled for 2nd July, therefore a special meeting of the District Executive and Scrutiny Committee members will be held on Thursday 25th June 2015.

Explanation of anticipated restriction:
Disclosure of information in the report will compromise the the non-disclosure agreement (NDA) which affords access to more detail about the project. The NDA is a legally binding, enforceable agreement and exists to protect the commercially sensitive data that the Superfast (broadband) Extension Programme (SEP) contains.
