This report updates the District Executive Committee on the progress and status of the Development Agreement between SSDC and Henry Boot PLC. It contains information that is commercially sensitive to Henry Boot PLC. Disclosure potentially places SSDC in breach of the legally binding terms set out in the Development Agreement.
